Maintenance at Wilshire Place is outstanding. Maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours.
The apartments are nice but parking there is joke. It is so hard to find parking spots and even worse if you have a guest come visit you. I’ve had friends get their cars towed because of how confusing the guest parking is.
