Mid flight from JFK to LAX I received an email that our previously confirmed airport pickup was cancelled. “sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.” “We so no have any cars available.” If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Our company and clients will no longer be using this service or EmpireCLS the giant company that gobbled up the privately owned Wilshire.

Professional staff and drivers cars are very clean very large selection of vehicles

I was just getting ready to speak with WLS regarding employment, then I looked at their gallery. Clearly they are not committed to even the most mediocre level of professionalism. I would fire any chauffeur that picked up a passenger in the condition that the vehicles in their gallery potray. Wow! I hope they're at least cheap.

Worst place to work at the pay is more than mediocre the management does not care about the driver dispatch are useless they don't help you at all dispatch thinks they are superior if you want to work here please by all means stay away from this place!!!!!!
