Management put this deranged aggressive lunatic right in front of my apartment, even though there are many other empty apartments. She has been harassing my family DAILY for months now. Cursing at us, yelling racist slurs, smashing things and loudly banging on her door whenever we go in and out. She has been stalking us from her apartment. Phone thieves in this building!!!! Please report them to the police if you see a neighbor coming in with bags of phones. They lift them off people and have been tracked to this apartment building by multiple people. Please do not let them get away with this!!
I have lived here for over a year now. The property itself is not that bad. Feels like it is overpriced a bit but considering the location it is reasonable. HOWEVER the manager is very rude in every possible way. On top of that he is never available. I do not see the point of having an “on-site” manager since the office is ALWAYS closed. I did not understand why they had to do the maintenance at the pool in the middle of summer so nobody could use it as well.
