Lovely, caring staff. Manager goes out of his way to help, even on his off hours. Elevators are fast. Vallet parking is a luxury after a long day, and there is always easy street parking. Package delivery is fast. Just a pleasure to live here. Complete ease!
Rude Valet Personel. i was staying here as a guest and the personnel were very unprofessional, unwelcoming and disrespectful responding with profanity when I asked the guy (Oskar) where was our car after 25 minutes of waiting outside. I have traveled to many places and stayed at many luxury resorts and hotels and not once got this type of treatment. Incompetent and rude personnel period.
