I was able to park on the street next to 3055 Wilshire with no difficulty. There was a peculiar odor that permeated the building's lobby and the waiting area....Maybe the A/C filters need to be serviced. Signing in was easy, I waiting longer than I anticipated. I realized that I didn't have to arrive an hour early. The Tech who assisted me during the CT scan was very good at the work she was doing. She explained what was going to happen. I had an MRI with contrast—my technician was very skilled & gave me clear, helpful instruction that enabled our session to go very smoothly. As I was leaving, another patient was distraught. I saw a doctor & her technician comforting & encouraging her! MRI’s can be stressful…it’s was encouraging to experience staff who were both professional & empathetic!
Don’t go anywhere else. Here they are efficient and friendly, and you don’t wait for hours even when you have an appointment. Easy in and out, parking validation unlike other locations like Glendale and the valley. Nice professional operators and front desk

I had to get up early for an MRI so I wasn't in the best mood upon arrival BUT the 2 ladies in the office were Fantastic. They had great morning demeanor, answered my questions and concerns and got me right into the MRI. Was the lest painful MRI experience I have ever had. This is a Great location with lots of parking. Utterly surprised by the whole experience.
