Great experience! Scheduling over the phone was easy, and they had a text link they provided so I could upload my imaging order. The phone operator even helped me confirm with the office whether or not a pre-authorization was needed for my insurance. Parking at the office was simple, validation provided, front desk was communicative regarding delays, and the MRI tech Marcus was amazing. I truly couldn’t feel when he inserted and removed the needle, which has never happened for me. Overall very positive experience.
People were kind, polite, and friendly... My first time there, and my appt. was without delay or distraction. I was well delighted as it made my day even brighter! Appreciate the smiles and shine that always brings about beautiful people... Thank You!!
Great experience at this facility. Staff were courteous and friendly. I Arrived early and they took me in right away no problem. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable and the x-ray technician that serviced me, she is professional and truly proficient at her job. I recommend anyone to come here and get their work done.
The staff was very nice. I was there for an xray of my knee and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes as a new patient, (i got there 10 mi early).
The staff was very nice and the place was fine. My only concern was the time waiting. I waited well over an hour however there was only one gentleman there doing the exam and I made the appointment the day prior, so I figured that was the reason..Other than that, everything was great!
