I had a CT scan today and everyone was very nice and professional. No long waits and the test took about six minutes. I schedule for MRI test in the near future and the technician showed me the machine to calm my nerves. She told me everything will go all right when I come back and I believe her. J. Finister
The front desk lady is so apathetic. She doesn’t even look at someone, I know she’s busy but part of her job is to make the customer feel comfortable and welcomed. Besides her, attitude, the service was good.
This location has very nice patient employees. I watched a client come in and demand records quickly because she was parked in the red. She was rude but they handled her with excellent customer care. This is rare. They had much more patience than me. The wait wasn’t too bad. I don’t mind coming here based on how friendly they are.
I thought everyone was polite and professional - but the validation machine being “broken” is absurd. I paid $19.00 to park - you could have at least called people who were scheduled to tell them ahead of time. You guys need to tighten up on that. Complete bs
The staff was very friendly and efficient. They answered all questions clearly. The assistant was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and assured about the MRI procedure.
