This location has very nice patient employees. I watched a client come in and demand records quickly because she was parked in the red. She was rude but they handled her with excellent customer care. This is rare. They had much more patience than me. The wait wasn’t too bad. I don’t mind coming here based on how friendly they are.
The front office staff was not clear on the wait time. I walked in at 9:15 am. She states it would be about an hour wait. I gave her all the insurances and ID, and she gave me paperwork. 15 min later I returned the paperwork and asked her if she wanted the authorization number she said not yet. At 1030 she asked for the authorization number. She then wrote my father’s name on a list. His was called in for his X-rays at 12:10 . 3 hours after we had arrived. The wait can sometimes be a little long but the staff is very very friendly and approachable to ask questions. And more often than not they will give you updates before you even ask!! Highly recommended, top notch service all around!
Amazing MRI woman employee, I did not catch her name but she made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. She was attentive, honest, helpful, informative and very gentle with my claustrophobia.
Nice friendly staff. Total time in and out of office was less than 30 minutes. Was able to make same day appointment too. Either great service or my lucky day. Probably a little of both. Would recommend. Tomorrow is Beverly hills Wilshire radnet. We will know more if they all run the same.
