Great experience! Scheduling over the phone was easy, and they had a text link they provided so I could upload my imaging order. The phone operator even helped me confirm with the office whether or not a pre-authorization was needed for my insurance. Parking at the office was simple, validation provided, front desk was communicative regarding delays, and the MRI tech Marcus was amazing. I truly couldn’t feel when he inserted and removed the needle, which has never happened for me. Overall very positive experience.
Great experience at this facility. Staff were courteous and friendly. I Arrived early and they took me in right away no problem. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable and the x-ray technician that serviced me, she is professional and truly proficient at her job. I recommend anyone to come here and get their work done.
Just yesterday I had an MRI with and without contrast. The technician was very kind in answering my questions and even explaining what I was feeling at the time. The only thing they didn't tell me was that, because of the contrast, I would feel like a zombie today. Everything went very well, from the front desk to the MRI room; everyone was very kind and welcoming.
The staff are so good, polite, I was so scared, but thanks to the support, everything went well. They are professionals 👍🏻Thank you very much🙌🏻
Best service I ever had. Friendly staff and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And parking is validated. Truly a great place.
