MRI Technician and Physician’s Assistants are 1000/10. To get some of the other pros out of the way, scheduling was quick and easy with lots of availability. The person making the booking was super helpful with answering questions and making me feel prepared going in. Now the real reason I’m even writing a review and not just going about my life is because the team that took care of me deserves their flowers. Great experience! Scheduling over the phone was easy, and they had a text link they provided so I could upload my imaging order. The phone operator even helped me confirm with the office whether or not a pre-authorization was needed for my insurance. Parking at the office was simple, validation provided, front desk was communicative regarding delays, and the MRI tech Marcus was amazing. I truly couldn’t feel when he inserted and removed the needle, which has never happened for me. Overall very positive experience.
Seemless experience, walked in without an appointment, gave my name. I was called 5 minutes later, they ran the X Ray - Spine Lumbar. As I was leaving the associate asked if I needed parking validation, I validated parking and was out of there. 30 mins visit, and a friendly staff, with plenty of parking. Thank you
Staff were kind and helpful. It’s a bare bones facility that offers quick service. Parking is validated (although it’s a complicated process - you need to take a picture of your car and license plate and bring that inside) and there’s 1 hour parking 9-6pm all around.
Brought my mom in today to get an MRI. Staff was very professional. As soon as she checked in they informed us there was a bit of a wait. Only about 30 min not bad. Thank you for the good experience. They also have parking with plenty availability. Take into consideration they are right on Wilshire
