This location has very nice patient employees. I watched a client come in and demand records quickly because she was parked in the red. She was rude but they handled her with excellent customer care. This is rare. They had much more patience than me. The wait wasn’t too bad. I don’t mind coming here based on how friendly they are.
It's a small and personable place. The receptionist was kind and knowing. The MRI tech(s) were great in explaining how it actually works. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the actual machine malfunctioning (ha, my luck on my first time). But they assured me I did great. I highly recommend them. They will also quell your nerves.
The front office staff was not clear on the wait time. I walked in at 9:15 am. She states it would be about an hour wait. I gave her all the insurances and ID, and she gave me paperwork. 15 min later I returned the paperwork and asked her if she wanted the authorization number she said not yet. At 1030 she asked for the authorization number. She then wrote my father’s name on a list. His was called in for his X-rays at 12:10 . 3 hours after we had arrived. The wait can sometimes be a little long but the staff is very very friendly and approachable to ask questions. And more often than not they will give you updates before you even ask!! Highly recommended, top notch service all around!
First it was busy.waited a while but as soon as I was called. It went fast done and on my way out . Very professional and friendly. Great customer service.
