We were scheduled for an appointment. When we arrived we signed forms and said we would right in.1 hour and 20 min later we were told. That who ever gave us that appointment over the phone made a mistake and they don’t do those types of appointments on Monday. They waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to tell us… absolutely horrible service!!!! They made us reschedule!!!
Friendly staff… easy in & out with my appointment… able to pre-fill forms and save time. Just need to know your car license plate number for parking validation. Great experience!
I had a CT scan at this location and I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, patient, and very professional. The process was fast and organized, and they explained everything clearly which made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you.
I was able to park on the street next to 3055 Wilshire with no difficulty. There was a peculiar odor that permeated the building's lobby and the waiting area....Maybe the A/C filters need to be serviced. Signing in was easy, I waiting longer than I anticipated. I realized that I didn't have to arrive an hour early. The Tech who assisted me during the CT scan was very good at the work she was doing. She explained what was going to happen. I love this place, they staff is always so polite and helpful. Estella the technician who performs the Ct Scans is very skilled, finds my vein quickly, she’s just wonderful (I’ve here several times)
