MRI Technician and Physician’s Assistants are 1000/10. To get some of the other pros out of the way, scheduling was quick and easy with lots of availability. The person making the booking was super helpful with answering questions and making me feel prepared going in. Now the real reason I’m even writing a review and not just going about my life is because the team that took care of me deserves their flowers. Arrived for my appointment and was seen on time. I did complete requested information online through my email. MA at window was quick and courteous. XRay tech was gentle with my situation. I was in and out w/ in 15mins. They do validate parking.
Good young people. Fast. Efficient. They opened the doors not a minute early. Hell they weren't even there BUT when the clock struck 0700 they showed up and quickly took care of business. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Front door is locked before 7am. If you get there early go through the boarding garage of you didn't park in there and you can sit on the benches outside.
-0 stars my appointment was/is for 1pm and it is now 3:35pm and I am still waiting to be seen. I have been told “your next” for the last 2 1/2 hours now. And they have the nerves to sent me this survey to fill out. This is the worst yo get an MRI done.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 also they won’t let you post your comment unless you give them atleast 1 ⭐️.
Staff were kind and helpful. It’s a bare bones facility that offers quick service. Parking is validated (although it’s a complicated process - you need to take a picture of your car and license plate and bring that inside) and there’s 1 hour parking 9-6pm all around.
