Management is really helpful. The building is in good condition and well maintained.
Clean apartment, very well priced comparing to the nearby apartments and quality of appliances included in the suite. Heated underground parking at a good rate. Overall a 9/10! The only problem is it’s managed by sussex and they take forever to get things done.
I enjoyed living here for 3 years. Resident manager is nice and responds quickly to questions/issues. No bug issues here. Things were fixed in a timely manner. Great place, highly recommend.
