Amazing staff, great atmosphere and professional all the way. I have a VA office ten minutes away from my house, however I rather take the 1hr drive to Vineland. They make you feel at ease, heard and welcome.
In 2021 Extremely difficult to get help, was hung up on after being put on hold for 20+ minutes... As of 2023 5 stars, great improvement has been made.
2 stars only for a good location and the Dr treat the patient with respect. BUT is almost impossible to make contact with them . To get a refered to see a specialist takes for ever. To get lab works takes for ever and to see a Dr to know your results takes over a month . If you suffers from a serious problem I recommend you to go to ER first , there they will prescribe medication at least until the VA hospital deside to see you . Civilians gets better treat then Veterans . we need a better system or another VA clinic in this... read more
