My husband and I purchased a new T@B S Max this week from Wilmington RV. It was a no stress, very pleasant experience. Matt and Keven are great. They let us have time to talk between each other but were around to answer all of our questions. We were shown how everything works and are looking forward to getting out on the road. We would recommend them to anyone.
Great at selling and delivering. But then they drop the Lance line and no support. Purchased a 1685 in January of this year and they dropped the line in spring. Had they been honest upfront I would have purchased something else from them. Now i need warranty service and I'm given a phone number and told to call Lance. Something about being fluid and adaptable to be successful in business. Satisfied customers=successful business. Not a happy camper with this group :(
Got a chance to speak with Matt while doing some work for the business. Great guy, even when he knew I wasn't planning on buying an RV he took the time to show me the options and give a me a rundown of the different setups. Really great business!

I recently bought my Little Guy Tag Max from Wilmington RV and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and came through with everything promised. They gave me a great deal and didn't have any superfluous fees. I would recommend the dealership without reservation. Ask for Matt!
