We got just the product we wanted at a price we were happy with. We love our trailer and the customer service we received from Wilmington. No hard sell, they had just the product we wanted. I highly recommend Wilmington as our buying experience was smooth and professional. My only comment would be that the advertised trailer of our choice was not in stock but was still being built at the factory when we placed our phone deposit (We live 4 hours from WRV). Very disappointed. Not in the sale but in the follow through. I bought an RV a month ago. The tags were not even taken to the DMV until 7 days before the temporary tags expired. So now here I sit with expired tags and a three day weekend starting tomorrow. Seems to be no concern on the other end....just....they should have already been there. Here I sit with an $11,000 camper and can't use it.

We are new to RVing and did alot of research and shopping before finally deciding on a model that was a right match for us. Although Wilmington RV is 2 hours from our home, we chose to work with them for our purchase. Matt was efficient, informative, patient, and so easy to work with. He and the staff there made us even more excited to start our adventures. Kudos to Wilmington RV!!!!
