You could not choose a better Dentist and employees. They have never been short of amazing in the the 8 years we've been their customer. From phone calls, to service while in the office, to difficult conversations, they handle every encounter with patience and grace.

While here in Ohio from Florida, I needed some dental work done! The office staff got me in to see the Dentist the following day. The entire staff gave me a overall great experience.
Dr. Hallock is an excellent dentist and is very thorough in his approach. Dr.Hallock and his staff have the tools to practice the latest in dental technology. I've been going to Wilmington Family Dental for many years and have been treated for a number of the dental problems. It's been my experience that Dr. Hallock practices painless dentistry, which is one of the reasons I will continue to see him.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The exams are very thorough. Dr. Zak is top notch and has a great sense of humor, which for me is a must! 😁
I was absolutely petrified! Wendy, Kevin, another nice lady that I feel really bad that I can not remember her name and Dr. Hallock were fantastic!!!! They took great care of me! If you need a dentist go there!
Everyone is very professional and addressed all my questions. I was concerned about repeat X-rays, and if my insurance would pay for them. I recently moved from Florida and they were willing to accept my films I had done in February. They explained everything in detail. They have the latest technical equipment. I was glad to hear they make their own caps the same day, no temporaries and waiting days. I believe Chelsea was my technician. I am very pleased with my first experience at Dr. Hallock's office. I received the best treatment from Dr. Hallock and his staff than I have ever had before. Very caring, compassionate and understanding people, and the most intensive exam. I'm impressed!
