I’ve lived here almost 4 years and really enjoy it! Ted S With the maintenance crew has been So Helpful with everything I need! He fixed a lot of appliances in the apartment and also takes care of everyone else in the complex. I’ve had problems with Maintenance in the past so this has been a very pleasant experience. Overall a good place to live.

Noise is a serious issue. They told me there was no noise issues during the property tour, but that was far from the truth. Floors are papers thin, you will hear your neighbors, footsteps, closing shelves loudly, singing, kids and loud conversations even just turning on the garbage disposal. You will hear water flow from other units. They also allow dogs so you'll hear barking frequently. There's a train nearby and cars that always honk during rush hour. Price, neighborhood and management is fine. Just the noise, would help ... read more

I’ve lived in 4 different units in this building over the last ten years and Cornerstone has ruined them. They flipped the units with cheap materials and shoddy workmanship, and replaced all the landscaping so they wouldn’t have to maintain it. This has killed the trees that line the street which is not just aesthetically unpleasant - it deprives our apartment of shade. The washers and dryers are expensive and break down all the time. When they break down mid-cycle Cornerstone refuses to issue a refund. We’re desperate to le... read more

Management and maintence (Cornernstone) are great. We lived here for a year and loved the location -- very good walkability and connections to transit. Noise is definitely an issue. You will hear your neighbors doing routine things -- footsteps, doors closing, alarm clocks, and (muffled) conversations. I would live here again if I could be on the top floor.
