I’ve lived in 4 different units in this building over the last ten years and Cornerstone has ruined them. They flipped the units with cheap materials and shoddy workmanship, and replaced all the landscaping so they wouldn’t have to maintain it. This has killed the trees that line the street which is not just aesthetically unpleasant - it deprives our apartment of shade. The washers and dryers are expensive and break down all the time. Management and maintence (Cornernstone) are great. We lived here for a year and loved the location -- very good walkability and connections to transit. Noise is definitely an issue. You will hear your neighbors doing routine things -- footsteps, doors closing, alarm clocks, and (muffled) conversations. I would live here again if I could be on the top floor.

I would absolutely recommend AGAINST living at the Wilmark Apartments. I have lived in various apartments throughout Denver for 8 years and have never had such a HORRIBLE experience such as living here. I would like to acknowledge that it is not the management and maintenance team that made this place such an awful experience, as they are very receptive, but the infrastructure of the building itself, which cannot be changed.
