I have been contacting them for 2 days trying to get a lien release when I don't owe them any money. A bond company won't release 150,000 to us until they have a lien release, even though they have payment receipts. Willscot tells me it is going to take 4-6 weeks to get it because it is done by a 3rd party. All other companies were able to do this within a day. This is unacceptable.
Lady at the front desk with short gray hair is super rude and disrespectful, she doesn’t know how to treat with people. She should be fired ASAP because she’s making the company look bad. She started yelling at me and talking to me as if I was dumb.
I sure as hell wouldn’t use this company. Go anywhere else.
