This new HQ office is so impressive! Make sure you get to meet Jenny Fleming, Director of First Impressions... From my first interaction, she was welcoming, friendly, and highly attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every detail was taken care of, creating a truly positive impression of WillScot and the culture in HQ. She takes pride in representing WillScot and making everyone feel welcome and supported.

Jenny at the front desk is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. She was judging me and looking down on me just because I’m an Amazon driver. If I was corporate I would reconsider who you have as the first person people see coming into your business. I will be posting this same review in other social media platforms as well. And heads up for Jenny this is something I do part time while I attend flight school to become a pilot.

I have been contacting them for 2 days trying to get a lien release when I don't owe them any money. A bond company won't release 150,000 to us until they have a lien release, even though they have payment receipts. Willscot tells me it is going to take 4-6 weeks to get it because it is done by a 3rd party. All other companies were able to do this within a day. This is unacceptable.

Lady at the front desk with short gray hair is super rude and disrespectful, she doesn’t know how to treat with people. She should be fired ASAP because she’s making the company look bad. She started yelling at me and talking to me as if I was dumb.
