front desk people horrible!
I accompanied my sister to the ER. The wait time wasn’t terrible thank goodness, but the provider was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. They put us in a room with two other patients and their family members sort of like a triage waiting room. The doctor came in and proceeded to openly discuss the patient’s issues in front of the entire room so not only do I know these patient’s names, I know what their eye pressures were and other protected health information! Donna a nurse here is horrible and the amount of wait time because they have 1 dr is putrid
I was there on Saturday. 3 stars doesn't really do a good job of summing things up because it's more like: 1 star: Waiting room experience 5 stars: Doctor Pain was a 10/10 but I waited from 10am until 4pm to be seen by a doctor, who as I said was great. Was treated like a histrionic drug seeker when asked them to renumb my eye since I was waiting so long. Was asked to see and look things up like my doctor's name since they couldn't find their own doctor in their own system even though I only had one working eye. Dilated my e... read more
