My god the lack of management in this place rude staff long hours pure foolishness i was there for 6 hours they check you in with just id then you wait to be called back to be questioned by a nurse then you get a simple eye test then wait to be plugged in to talk to another person online then they put you in a dark room to wait another dr comes with a flashlight to look in your eyes then you wait for the nurse to come get you to put drops in your eye then you go back out to wait for 4 to 7 hours to be called for a eye examin... read more
Zero stars. Consistently infuriating and incompetent.
I was sent in by ophthalmologist for concerns after eye trauma. Been sitting in this ER for 5 hours with my eyes dilated for the second time today. I asked the nurse where I’m at on the list and was told there is still a 2 hour wait on top of the 5 hours as my triage complaint got bumped down. I legit was sent in by my ophthalmologist and the retinal specialist. This is the worse experience ever.
Waited for over 8 hours to be seen just for someone who worked there to somehow jump to the front of the line for a minor issue and get in and out within an hour. Guess working for Jefferson means you get to wait for hours less than anyone else! Must be nice. Doctors and nurses were great though, no complaints there.
Longest and worst hospital experience EVER. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER.
