I am sure the providers here are world-renown and top-notch. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. #1 ED visit that took 12 hours. Triaged us, dilated the pupils and then left us until three AM. They claimed they thought we left, even though I was with the only child in the waiting room. My child was vomiting at this point; had to lose my temper to be seen. #2 Appointments get made, providers don't show for clinic.
