They have a nice mission statement and clean store with helpful people, or so it appears. They will try everything to get your vehicle on their lift before giving an estimate. Shop around and get to know your repair options before trusting this shop.
Very poor service, and incompetence. Would never recommend anyone to this business.
VERY nice people, price seems fair.
I took my Suburban to Will's because it kept stalling. They found the problem (fuel filter), replaced it and had me back on the road in no time. They were extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. My brother had the same problem last year with his Suburban. He took his vehicle to the Dealer. They kept it overnight and charged him nearly twice what I paid to Will's for the exact same thing.
