Was a wonderful company, team worked seamless and completed same day. Adrian was very detail oriented and didn?t miss any details. I am very impressed how professional and knowledgeable all involved were. I would definitely recommend them again!
The technician (Aaron Taylor) that serviced our water softener is very knowledgeable in his profession. He was polite and willingly explained all that he was doing and what the problem was with my water system. Problem was quickly solved. Aaron is a very pleasant young man that Will's Pro should be proud to have in their employ.
Great customer service. Very courteous and explained the different options for repair.
They are pricey for an easy job.
They charge by the job not by the hour. A simple repair that required less than 30 minutes to complete cost $285.
The technician is good and was very helpful explaining. However, once they saw my finance limit I received a call from the office trying to sell me a water heater that I did not need. It was a blatant attempt of a money grap after I just spent $5K on getting my water line replaced. I hate when businesses try to take advantage of people especially when they are in distress. For that I can't recommend this company even though they did the job they were supposed to.
I am so disappointed with my experience with Wil's allpro, very DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING experience. (I selected them in part because they said there would be no charge to come out to my house and assess the problem: poor water pressure at kitchen faucet only, due to lime build up(later I was told that they normally charge $65.00 for non Home advisor client for this). Even though they didn't fix the original leak they were persistent in finding solutions to the problem. Kudos.
I had used Will's All Pro to replace a kitchen faucet in the past and was pleased with the service provided, so when needed help with recent plumbing issues, I called them again. Brandon came out to repair an outdoor faucet and Adrian came out to replace 2 old water heaters and to install a water softening system. Both techs were courteous and friendly.
