Contacted the company to get an estimate for some plumbing repairs for a recently purchased home. Company sent me a text message advising me of technician enroute, including his picture. Doug Rivera arrived promptly, and listened to my needs. Then he did a walk throuh of my property, looking at all plumbing infrastructure, explaining what certain valves in my house and yard were for. I was very pleased with them. I liked the fact that they sent a picture of the contractor. They also did a few extra things for me. Very responsive and helpful. He even went back the next day to fix a small problem.
