First, the workout is AWESOME. You never get bored and it's easy to follow along. It's challenging, but you can modify the moves if needed. All instructors have been very motivating and helpful when you need them. The members are respectful and there are no big egos. Abby and Will are incredibly kind people who are understanding and helpful. They've built a great space and community. If you want a good workout in 45 minutes with good trainers and equipment, go here. You'll be back.

The best class based gym experience in Philly. Reasonably priced for unlimited classes and I can always book the morning times I want. Don’t sleep on this place!

Absolutely love it here. I found this place on class pass and it has hands down become my go to classes!!! Will and his staff makes you feel so welcomed. I am recovering from foot surgery and an achilles tear. They make sure to check my form to make sure I’m doing the drills correctly and will help me modify when I need help. They make you feel motivated to push through the drills and complete them. I honestly have been coming here going on my second week and I feel like it’s my home away from home. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel supported, inspired, and pushed to be your best, I highly recommend this gym! The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and there’s a real sense of community.
