I've never lived here, but I can say after one visit that the speed bumps in their parking lot are absolutely asinine. Going as slowly as humanity and mechanically possible, and my partner's Prius scrapped against each and every speed bump. Bless any who have to live here to have their vehicles potentially worn down by such an INSANE hazard.
There’s really not much to like about this place other than the position of the playground (which is only appealing to those who have children, like I do). I had to put in multiple maintenance requests for a leak inside the refrigerator (which was never fixed, and I finally just put a bowl on the top shelf to catch the dripping water which took up space that could have been used to put food into the refrigerator), and the a/c unit had multiple issues which required multiple requests to have repaired; the last time I actually... read more
