Love my one bedroom. Lovely view of flower garden in summer from balcony with spectacular sunsets. Your activity level is your choice. Shar, the manager plans many activities with the imput of all. Tom and Gene keep the building running and the grounds looking great. Our pets are an active part of our community and are important to our over all well being. Come meet us and I think you will agree that this is a great community.
Love living here! Very clean and modern, lovely apartments . Char the property manager is Excellent, she is available, and responds quickly to communications. Highly recommend
management needs to be better
I had taken a family member in to put in an application. The qualifications were said to be 55+ in addition to income. At the time of putting in the application I paid for the fee. Here it is 2 years later and I finally get the call (As I am listed as the contact person for said family member) that they have 8 apartments available and that *Family Members* application was next on the list. However they had to discard it due to no longer meeting the qualifications. Apparently it is a 62+ senior living. All of the paper work t... read more
