I've been living here for a few years now and have to say that it is a great community with a compassionate HOA board who works hard to maintain the building and help the people who live here.
My parents live here until my Dad passed away and my mom needed more care. Well run building. Thoughtful and kind people that look out for each other.
This building is run by a bias group that fines you for fun.
Quiet, well maintained building with primarily older residents. Great location, a hidden gem for anybody looking for a quiet condo. Management went out of their way to help a close relative when they were living there. People look out for each other. Many of the residents have lived here for a very long time and aren't internet savvy enough to voice their opinions. It's unfortunate that there was only one bigoted review about this place. You can't make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time in a condo association.
