Peaceful and well-located condo community in Tulsa. Just steps from the river, park, and scenic trails — perfect for biking or walking for hours. You’ll spot turtles, small fish, and enjoy nature right outside your door. The new property management team is doing a great job — responsive and really improving the community. Great price, great location, and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I currently live here and I don’t feel safe. I got my car stolen, for two months we had no mailbox, and now I’m being watched by old man Rodney because he’s monitoring to see if I pick up my dogs poop. My basic living needs are met but they’re met at the expense of feeling secure in my own home.
