I lived here in 2010-2011, and it wasn't too bad a place, generally quiet, BUTTTTT the neighbors were weird and one tried to kick my door in when she was high out of her mind. It wasn't bad enough that, when I moved back to tulsa, I went to see if they had any open units. And omg.... they are absolutely trashed out. Paint peeling, parking lot that looks like it'll damage your whole vehicle, trashy patios and porches, tin foil in windows. Well, these posts sound familiar. People get on board then delaying needed repairs. Never the resources to keep maintenance up. But always recourse to pay board? I was/is considering purchasing one of the available units there. So far only place that meets minimum boxes checks. Sounds like board needs to be changed, not a more confident responsibility personnel staffing. My opinion has changed somewhat so I’m going to update you’ll. The environment is getting better. The security and police and starting to get some of these situations under control and I honestly must say the board has been doing many improvements. It’s not perfect yet but I’m no longer afraid to let people know where I live anymore and I’m even going to completely remodel the inside of my condo and update everything completely from new flooring to appliances and lighting.
