I have lived at The Willows for 5 years. I have been considered a complainer for needing things fixed or replaced. Expect to put your own money and time into some repairs. There has been an issue with air freshener smells getting into my apt. I have continually stated that it is fine for these smells to be in their apartments, but shouldn't get into my apartment; or the unventilated, short, doored hallway in which they don't want the doors opened for fresh air.
