Are there any good apartments in Liverpool? The ghetto toilet I live in now (Buckley Park 7651 Morgan Road) has the same issues plus mice infestations. If not mice, then cockroaches, flies, fruit flies, bees....just pick a pest. I guess Ill have to give up on this area altogether.
do NOT live here. the landlord NEVER returns calls-or fixes anything. I lived there for a year...called over 20 times for problems to be fixed, no one ever returned my calls and NEVER fixed anything. I didnt have a working fan in my bathroom for the entire time. OR a working stove burner. Also-when I moved out, they refused to give me part of my deposit back, even though when I moved in they promised me they wouldnt charge me for stains on the carpet-because they were ALREADY THERE. An absolute hole. Dont expect privacy as their maintenance just walks in without notice. The location is about the only positive thing I can say. After a year here I was willing to take the inconvinence of moving again just to get away from here.
Save your time and money. The management is the worst and rudest Ive seen in 18 years of being a renter and nothing gets done. Dont expect things to be clean, dont expect nice neighbors, and dont expect things like sidewalk shoveling and salting to be done correctly or consistently. Run, do not walk from this place.
I loved my Junior apartment at the willows. It was quaint and a good price for a single person like me but could also be good for a couple. It is convenient that laundry is the building and on the first floor where my apartment was. I also found it convenient that I lived in Building E where the main office is because if I every needed anything or when i had to pay rent I just walked through my building and could avoid the cold or rain.
