With new owners come so many changes some good, some bad ,some indifferent. If you are going to add things that ppl don’t normally pay give them time. If you want your money fix what need to be fixed and you can’t change things in the middle of my leasing contract.. got a letter yesterday talking about my parking in front of my door on the townhouse that i tent have to be paid for now its not part of my lease anymore well it have been for 5 yrs so why should i have to pay now when i already pay 1500 a month to live here??
