Run away. This place allows cigarette smoking in the apartments. The sub floor is not attached to the floor joists, you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Very predatory in their business practices. Everything is outdated, corded blinds still exist causing unnecessary hazard for children. Best of all you will pay around $2000.00 per month for 2 bedrooms. Will be happy to provide photos and other correspondence for everything said in this review
