The maintenance guy did a wonderful job out early and made sure everything was salted and stayed on top of it
New year, same issues. Mike, in charge of maintenance, is the lone bright spot. Heather, the property manager, remains unresponsive and unhelpful. When I set up autopay, I was double charged for rent, overdrawing my bank account by $800, with nearly two weeks until my next paycheck. When I reported the issue, I was told simply that Willowood "does not issue refunds." The next day, this story was revised. Smell fresh when you step in the entrance of the building. Heather is a great property manager, she helps out alot. The environment is very nice and you will feel safe at evening. The parking lot light is good. Overall, I will give this apartment "A" grade.
My mother has lived at Willowood apartments for 3–4 years, and this year’s lease renewal resulted in an overcharge on her account. I have sent multiple emails to the property manager, but it appears there is still a misunderstanding regarding the terms of her lease agreement. Her lease renewal date is October 19. The new lease rate should only apply from that date onward. However, the charges for October were calculated using the new rate for all 31 days.
