RecommendedMy husband and I moved into this apartment about three months ago now and it has been absolutely fantastic. It is so peaceful and well maintained yet it is good value for all of the amenities while being in the middle of so much. Its so nice to also have so much green space within the complex to walk our little dog unlike other complexes in the area. We have so enjoyed these few months and plan to re-sign at the end of this lease.
My Fiance and I recently signed a lease for 2019 and the process was SO easy! Thank you The Pointe at Collier Hills for making the transition so smooth!
From location to price, this has been a great place for my family to live for over a year now. The management has really stepped up as well and made this place really enjoyable to live at. Highly recommend!
I've lived here 2.5 years now. They are currently on their 3rd set of management during my time here, and the folks now are great. The one before them was so bad they were all fired. But the folks managing this property now have been great to us. They've been constantly upgrading the property, and communicate with us consistently. There have been several issues, most of which weren't in their control, on the property lately. They would keep us all in the loop so that we weren't wondering when certain things would be fixed. Good location, suitable for people arriving in Atlanta firstly.
Our hot water was not working, and Nicole and Brandon in maintenance stayed for 3 hours working to fix it late on a Sunday night. We are so thankful for their help. Maintenance is top notch here, and it’s because of genuinely hardworking individuals like this. If you have a problem, they will work tirelessly until it’s fixed. Thanks!
