Great location and extremely walkable to the nearby grocery store. The management team over there will screw you over though, so be sure to take pictures of your carpets, walls, and anything else that is broken or misplaced. They made me pay for an entire recarpeting even though we had marked the stains that were already there before move in. Their photo evidence was blurry too (probably intentionally). RecommendedI'm a current resident and I would definitely recommend it to any friends/family. The location was the first thing that attracted us to this complex - easy walk to Publix, Orange Theory, barbershop, Chipotle, CFA, etc. We incredibly easy access to 75 and can get to Buckhead in about 15 minutes going backroads. Aside from that, the amenities are well kept for the most part and we have a tennis court! The maintenance crew is great too - always getting to any issue in a timely manner. I'm a current resident that has been living here for going on 3 years now. I would highly recommend this complex! The staff is very helpful, even if it is a difficult issue. They have worked with me on many things and we have always come to an amicable result. The renovated units are very nice and the common areas are very well-kept. The maintenance staff has answered any request I've put in within 24 hours and they've always solved any problems I've had within the unit. The units are nice, perfect part of town, maintenance staff is awesome, living here is great!
I have lived here for almost a year and a half and absolutely love it! The grounds are always kept clean, the pool is huge with lots of space for soaking in the sun and the gym is high quality - you can’t find Peloton bikes just anywhere! Very safe, great amenities, friendly staff, and updated apartments. Would definitely recommend!!

I am a current resident at The Pointe at Collier Hills and I have a month and a few weeks left on the year lease that I signed. I have never truly regretted making a decision especially one that pertains to my shelter. You’d think with paying close to $2000 a month, the level of service and just the overall interaction with the management staff would be better.
