Towed my car while I was visiting friends. They want all visitors to park in the darkest furthest area from all the apartments in what is widely regarded to be an unsafe area. In addition, they only allow 1 visitor pass per household and in order to have a car registered in their parking lot, the car itself must be registered to a name on the lease. Update: You cannot pay for an extra visitor pass. And visitor parking is completely full with one of the spaces taken up by the apartments trailer.
