Beautiful complex, loud inconsiderate neighborsEDIT MY REVIEW » I lived here a year. The complex is beautiful. Rent was $1025 for a 2BR with 2 1/2 baths. Electric bill was from $70-$260 a month. Gas was $10 to $25 depending on how much laundry and cooking I did. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There are two balconies that I didn't use because of pigeons and my neighbors.
