Trying to get a refill before for ADHD medication for my child before she has finals this week and no one will return the phone call to let us know what is going on. Day 4 now. very ridiculous
My wife scheduled an intake call here and the day of the visit she called before to check in and sat on hold until after the time of her appointment. She received a call the next day where they apologized and rescheduled a week out. The day came, today, and they called her to check in and they told her that someone would call at, 4pm, the time of her appointment… It was after 6pm before they called to try to reschedule YET AGAIN. Initially I felt ok here. After my last visit I was scheduled to come back in 2 months with instructions to call her when I was ready for a refill. I called several times. June 20th, 25th and 29th. I received a call back from an on call person who told me I needed to make an appointment before I could get a refill. This isn't what she and I had agreed on. I have an appointment. I need of help for a love one suffering from mental illness and addiction. When I called I wasnt given much help- told the love one needed to call which is impossible.
Willowbrooke has been there for my family in crisis many times. The nurses, care coordinator, therapists and office staff are caring and helpful.
