Dr. Patrick Henderson canceled 3 appointments within 1 month, and I never actually got a therapy session, just an evalution. Got a phone call just a few hours before each session. Then I couldn't get my copay back! But of course any patient would have to pay extra for canceling an appointment on the same day.

Good place I guess PHP transportation is bad they either come late or never come at all Transportation person who opens the door gets an attitude if we say the family member isn't going to PHP and closes the door aggressively Not clear with communication The only reasonable person is the front building lady up front she's helped me twice and is very sweet Imo y'all need to do better work on actually communicating better, keep your word if you're coming to pick someone up than say you'll come at this time or your late or neve... read more
