Good place I guess PHP transportation is bad they either come late or never come at all Transportation person who opens the door gets an attitude if we say the family member isn't going to PHP and closes the door aggressively Not clear with communication The only reasonable person is the front building lady up front she's helped me twice and is very sweet Imo y'all need to do better work on actually communicating better, keep your word if you're coming to pick someone up than say you'll come at this time or your late or neve... read more

We have been with Tanner for 3 years now and have been through our fair shares of different staff members in that short time. The only and I mean only staff member that I have always been able to count on is Maggie Norton at the Carrollton location. Shes been able to help even when we were being seen at a different location due to the ma's at that location not answering or returning phone calls. Highly, highly recommend Ms. Maggie!! She is the sweetest and most professional person to talk to at Tanner that I have found!

They literally never answer the phone! Making or changing appointments is almost impossible.

From the first time I talked to someone, through every interaction I had with Willowbrooke staff, I felt cared for and respected. I was able to grow and learn thanks to Jermel and Cristina. Jermel went above and beyond to be kind and helpful to me. His insightfulness really helped me understand myself better and see what I need to do to make my life better.
