My friend was having some emotional issue's which resulted into her trying to hurt herself multiple times. So for help, I took her to Willow brook. So the second day she was there, I received a phone call from her begging me to get her parent to get her out of there. That the people there were only "Making it worse". HORRIBLE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Called to schedule an eval for my daughter who was hurting herself. Gave them my insurance day before. Arrived, waited 25mins to be seen, some intake counselor asked some simple basic questions as if she was concerned so and say she did an eval but all along knowing that they didn't take me insurance. After my daughter admitted in her face that she had thoughts of killing herself the simple minded counselor only suggested I seek counseling for her but we can help her bc we don't accept your ins... read more
