I love Dr. Begg and his staff. They are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes appointments take a few weeks, so I would recommend making one early vs. waiting until the last minute.
Horrible experience! Bought glasses with 2X replacement lenses if they scratch. 1st time replacement went fine. Second time they received darkly tinted lenses unlike my original that had lightest tint available. Instead of sending them back for correct ones, they made the decision to install them in my frames, knowing they were wrong! They gave me glasses in their dark waiting room as opposed to normal well lit office. Rode home on my motorcycle with dark tinted helmet visor. Called them when I saw how dark they were. They never answer the phone no matter when you call and they never gave me my glasses. Me and my insurance paid for this and I didn't even get a pair of glasses. I wish I'd never gone there.
Best place ever. I had a concussion and they helped me and are now helping my daughter. Vision therapy works!!! The people that work here are great and very friendly.
