I been here over a little year. I love my little apartment. I have a garage. I keep my motorcycle in my garage. I have my parking space for my truck. Parking on the street. Sometimes is a hassle but we get used to it. All. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. The ones that ain't friendly mind their own business. Nobody is loud or disturbing. And the new manager desariee is super cool and very helpful. Rent is reasonable I had no issues since I lived here.
Koi Creek Apartments is an incredible place to live! From the moment I toured the community, I was impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful atmosphere. The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I need. The maintenance team is quick to respond and keeps everything running smoothly. The apartments are a good price if you want a 1 bedroom and don't have too many possessions, it's quiet, and you're near the beautiful Willow Glen. The property manager is incredibly helpful and is always available if you need her!
