I recently moved here a couple months ago. It has been a great experience from the property manager to the maintenance staff. I have had a few repairs I needed done in my apartment and I get quick responses and fast help and am always met with kindness. My favorite things about living at Koi Creek are the walkability to Lincoln Ave, the pool and spa, close parking spot, short walk to the laundry room and the ability to have my packages delivered straight to my front door! I look forward to more years here at Koi Creek.

Would not recommend living here. My apartment had ongoing issues with cockroaches, brown/discolored water, and mold. Management was extremely rude, dismissive, and unresponsive whenever I brought up concerns. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely think twice before renting here.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is very quiet and feels safe, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to every day. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive the landlord is — whenever there’s an issue or something needs to be fixed in the apartment, it’s handled quickly and professionally. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live.
