Management is amazing and they send maintenance up whenever there's any problems. Love that this apartment is pest free and I've only seen about 2 spiders in the apartment in one year. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pools are always clean and it's such a lovely place to live.
Angela continues to demonstrate her commitment to the wellbeing of her tenants at Willowbrook Apartments. She goes above and beyond to make sure the apartment is maintained. She gets maintenance out immediately when there are any issues or concerns. She ensures safety and security for the families that live here. I have been here for almost five years, and I have no negative complaints. I could not have asked for a better apartment manager.
Management is horrible and inconsiderate. They put noisy families in upstairs units and make extra money by allowing "Security" to ticket vehicles in stalls you already pay rent for; which incidentally also damages your vehicle when you try to remove the sticker. Can't wait to move.
