STAY AWAY FAR AWAY....... THIS PLACE SUCKS FROM THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT OFFICE AND THE SCAM THEY PULLED ON ME WITH TRANSFERRING A TWO BEDROOM TO A THREE BEDROOM WITH A GARAGE SIGN ALL PAPERS AND WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS DONE .. THEN SIX MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL FROM THEM SAYING I HAVE TO PAY THEM A BILL FROM THE LAST APARTMENT AND IT HAS TO BE DONE SEPARATE FROM THE RENT I PAY CURRENTLY THIS PLACE SCAMMED ME OUT OF $2000. THEY LIE TO YOU HAVE YOU SIGN PAPERS THEN THE SCAMMING BEGINS... VERY SHADY AT THIS COMPLEX .. MY DAUGHT... read more
The bugs were horrible and they did nothing about them,the pools were always dirty the hot tube never worked,they would come in my place while i was sleeping without permission,they would replace blinds that were fine and charge us without are permission.they charged us 1600 for paint and carpet that had one small stain in it.and the townhoues arecrap for what you pay i sugguest you look else where.
