Henry was amazing. He came in worked fast and fixed everything.
Scheduled a tour for today and when I get there no one was there. Then a gentlemen told me they was having a company meeting and I was told to come back later for a tour. My time was honored at all. Not everyone is available all day.
Potential resident attempting to take a tour. I made an appointment for a tour 2 weeks ago for 12 pm today 3/17/25. I get there at 12:04 and no one is in the office. I call multiple times and no one picks up. I leave a message with the answering service and I don’t receive a call back. It took me weeks to even get in touch with a person to schedule a tour. Woww!! I'm not surprised. I live in Flora Park Apartments and if I can save 1 person I would be happy. I recently wrote a review about the substandard living conditions in this community. Since then I went back to look for my review to check to see if there was a response from management. To my surprise the 1st thing I noticed what the community had a 4 star rating.
