The leasing manager is very pleasant, very helpful and communicated effectively Along with the property manager Maddie top tier service with these two great team. I love my place.
Poor job on repairs. Air conditioner/heat went down for 5 or 6th time. They do a patch job which doesn't deal with the issue, and it goes down again.
recently had the opportunity to spend time at this apartment complex, and I was genuinely impressed. The grounds are very well maintained -clean, organized, and visually appealing. You can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping the property looking its best. Although I haven't had the chance to look inside a unit yet, I definitely plan to in the future when my current lease is up. Overall, the experience so far has been very positive, and it's a place I would seriously consider calling home.
Decent living
Roaches in the summer, over abundance of mice in the winter the buildings are old and no matter what they’ve tried in over a year there hasn’t been a change management does not care about your issues moved into this apartment and on day one the w/d didn’t work the vents were so full of dust they had to get professional duct cleaners walls were coming apart were they meet the roof, majority of ppl I’ve met live here a year and leave and that’s how this company profits without fixing any of the actual issues
