My dad lives here and I guess you get what you pay for. The apartments are outdated, most everything is rusty, broken, or cannot be used, the apartment is roach infested and the office is never open to complete work order. I mean a broken toilet was reported over a month ago still nothing. The roof will fall at any day inside our apartment, which is definitely a liability.
