DO NOT RENT HERE!! As a current resident, my car just been towed away in my own apartment!! The manager will tell you that it is all your fault and they do not have to take any responsibility for it. They will tell you that parking permit is something you do not need to list in the lease contract. The manager is irresponsible, helpless and arrogant.
All parking is now permit only, and you are required to get a guest pass from the office. Want friends over after 5pm? Sucks to be you. Not a single guest spot in sight.
Do not rent here! They do not warn you how noisy it is. The apartments back up to a cement factory that runs until almost midnight and start at 6:45am. Also- don't expect to get any of your security deposit back. In fact, expect to pay additional fees (even though it's normal wear and tear). I do not recommend this place! It's not worth the money- find another place to rent.
