Talles with Ms. Sharee about the lease and the steps of moving in, she explained everything perfectly and answered every question and doubt that I had. Her energy is really captivating and will be putting in an application soon.
I have lived in these apartments a little over two years now and can honestly say this is one of the nicest places I’ve lived. Management is always helpful and make sure any of my needs or issues are addressed and addressed in a timely manner. The management team, Christina, Sharee, and Candace have always been polite and very helpful. A close friend of mine lives at Willowbend and loves it. I visited several times and the apartments and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. I decided to tour and although they were very busy when I arrived, the manager, Candace made a point to not only speak with me but provide a tour and all the information I needed. I am now living here and love it. Leasing staff is friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend living at Willowbend!
Office staff is illiterate and incapable of running the apartments. They do not communicate amongst each other, they are rude, and very unorganized.
Zero Starts This place is terrible the management is beyond insane they don’t fix things they say they going to fix , car got towed twice and it was management fault because none of the employees know what’s going on they just sit in the office and tell lies ..
