I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve had very very few issues. The management staff are all polite and welcoming most of all Miss Sharee, Has been the best!
The ladies in the office are the absolute BEST!! Always been a great since I’ve moved in 😎
Literally worst complex in the area. Charging $80.00 community fee for absolutely nothing. Gyms always dirty or closed, pools are also dirty or closed for “maintenance” that takes over 2 weeks. Gates constantly broken. Trash all over the complex. Let’s not forget about the roach issues constantly being addressed. Save yourself the headache and time and look else where. Over priced for absolutely nothing BELOW minimum standards.
The apartments are nice and well finished, but the common areas are kept dirty, they don't clean the stairs, they are kept dirty, dirty, they don't keep bags for the dogs, the pool hasn't been cleaned for two months, they closed it, it's green because it's dirty, the management of the place is very bad, it's rude, they don't offer solutions, very bad experience in this place, if you pay for a place it's to use all the facilities, I don't recommend it if you want a nice and pleasant place.
