Since we moved in, we’ve had constant issues with plumbing. Our third leak resulted in damage to our entire first floor down to our basement. It is now been six weeks since then and our house is still not repaired. We also are having issues with our roof shingles coming off as well as our siding. We spent a lot of money on upgrades in our home construction, however, it is very poorly executed. This has been an ongoing battle prior to closing, and not worth the hassle of this builder.
