Typical apartment complex - too noisy - supposed to be adults only as I understand it but I have to put up with stampeding kids and music turned up way too loud in the apartment above me. I've gone up and knocked on their door more than once and complained about the kids and loud music but they ignore me. Geeze I _HATE_ apartments!
