RecommendedDelicious White Meat Chicken Pot pie!🥧
We bought 4 Willow Tree chicken pies...had 2 tonight and will be throwing the others out. Quality of Willow Tree is gone! One piece of chicken the size of a small fingernail, and a very strange taste. Purchased in Stop/Shop Coventry. Willow Tree used to have the best chicken pies......what in the world happened? Absolutely terrible experience......😝
Hi, just had a chicken pie for supper. Purchased at N.Billerica, MA Market Basket. The funny taste of the chicken was off-putting. The crust and gravy were perfect. But that chicken taste- please investigate. Was it allowed to thaw at one point? I can't recommend until this is solved. Please provide detailed address for communicating if needed. Thanks.
Had a willow tree pot pie tonight... it used to be my favorite. The chicken was so dry and had a funny taste and the filling had no flavor. I was very disappointed ☹️

The pie has been watery for the past couple of years..not sure why. Stopped buying them for awhile but thought I would try again to see if they changed the recipe. They did not. Still very watery and disappointing. Gave it 3 stars because the pastry was good and there were chunks of chicken in the pie but will not repurchase.
Purchased 4/9/18. I bought the 26oz pie. I would say the chicken was good - moist and chunky - but not nearly as much as in a Harrow's pie (but cheaper). The veggies were fresh and were the vegetable mix that you get frozen (peas, corn, carrot, green beans). I often add exactly that to a chicken pie, so I didn't have to here. The huge fail is the gravy. I'm guessing it is a chicken broth with a tablespoon of flour and tablespoon of corn starch.
