We have been going to Willow Tree for a couple years and are blessed to have found Lori. We have taken both girls for regular checkups and sicknesses and have always felt heard with any concerns. She thinks like a mom and is a healthcare professional which is best of both worlds. Thank you for your practice! I 100% recommend giving her a try!
My family and I love Willow Tree! It definitely feels like personalized care where you're not just dollars walking in the door. Lori takes the time to get to know you so she can better understand your concerns and provide the best care. The receptionist staff are all very nice and helpful with scheduling appointments. It’s obvious this business only cares about money. I encourage every local parent to consider taking your children anywhere else. Our son (2 years old) was seen here for a few months. On 10/13/25 he woke up looking sick but had no fever. Willow tree did labs. On 10/14/25 the lab tests came back with various strains of sickness (flu, strep and pneumonia). When I first found this practice I was completely happy and satisfied with the care received for my children. But now we’ve been dismissed for missing an appointment, mind you they have no system in place for any “appointment confirmation”. No text, no phone calls. I do take responsibility for it being my fault for completely forgetting that my child had an appointment, I dropped the ball. I am so disappointed to be writing this because my expectations were high, but the reality is this practice is not what I expected it to be and we switched from an office we loved only out of location convenience. The office staff at our first visit was the opposite of warm and welcoming. Fast forward I got a bill in the mail. After calling to ask why, as it was for a well visit, I was told it was for a counseling about constipation.
