When I first found this practice I was completely happy and satisfied with the care received for my children. But now we’ve been dismissed for missing an appointment, mind you they have no system in place for any “appointment confirmation”. No text, no phone calls. I am so disappointed to be writing this because my expectations were high, but the reality is this practice is not what I expected it to be and we switched from an office we loved only out of location convenience. The office staff at our first visit was the opposite of warm and welcoming. Fast forward I got a bill in the mail. After calling to ask why, as it was for a well visit, I was told it was for a counseling about constipation. I was a patient with Ms. Denison before she switched to Pediatrics and now my 2 year old has been a patient since birth. She has always been kind, knowledgable, and understanding of our needs.
Amazing pediatrics office with kind and understanding staff. We were in the office for 30 mm minutes the first time and didn't feel like we were being rushed. She answered all of our questions and took her time to get to know us. They care and are incredible at what they do.
*edited on 4/24- office called, stating they had my children’s records but no first visit noted. I explained the situation and that we had since found another ped. Office sincerely apologized and said that the person who told us to get birth records was wrong and they only require them for seeing children under 1 and assured me that the person who told me that no longer worked there.
