I love this apartments, we’re here almost 10 years and it’s like a home for me

They said they would contact me last week to refund my money, but I haven’t received any messages or calls. I called them many times, but they never answered. They don’t respond well to customers, even with the scheduled hours shown on Google Maps. After numerous attempts to get a response, I finally received an email from them, but they never replied to my text messages before.
