They said they would contact me last week to refund my money, but I haven’t received any messages or calls. I called them many times, but they never answered. They don’t respond well to customers, even with the scheduled hours shown on Google Maps. I’m deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this apartment complex, primarily due to the unprofessionalism and discriminatory behavior of the leasing manager, Karen. Her rude and racist demeanor has been shocking and unacceptable. Additionally, despite having a four-bedroom apartment with two working adults, we are only provided with one parking spot. I came in to Willow and spoke to Karen and she explained their income qualifications to me. I found out I was over qualified but she went above and beyond and gave me a list of apartments I would qualify for. She was friendly and welcoming and very educational.
