Do not move here. Please. For the love of god if you can get a different apartment do that. The landlord has put me and at least 5 other people I know in debt over things that had absolutely nothing to do with us. Just out of pure hatred a bitterness the landlord made up stuff I owed and is now charging me for damages the maintenance man caused all of this cost upwards of 1,000$ worth.
