If I could give these slum lords a 00000 I would ! These are some of the most evil people I have ever met . MARK ,DEBBIE AND RAECHEL, will harass and stalk you if they don't like you. While doing inspections Mark has been very snoopy and asked us to unlock our closet door with valuables which isn't his business. We had an appt for an inspection due to faulty plumbing because they ignored our maintenance requests, and mark rung the doorbell.
