These apartments are wonderful, just moved my dad in. The apartments aren't modern but they are large and so clean. I've visited him several times and not once have seen a piece of garbage on the ground. It's always quiet, my dad loves the place.
I loved this apartment complex. After touring many apartments I can say that this complex is one of the best in Onondaga County. I lived here for a year and a half and am only moving to live with my significant other. It's my understanding that the owners of this complex are contractors and built this apartment complex, and it's clear that they take pride in it. This place is WONDERFUL! I am sharing and caring about anyone who needs a good clean, quiet, and friendly place to live! You likely could do no better in Central NY. The people who mow lawns, snow plow, dump trash and more are very hard workers. Best ever!
